The TYCON Mentorship Program connects members of the executive team with accomplished mentors from Tsinghua University through personalized, one-on-one pairings. Designed to run alongside the two-year executive cycle, the program offers tailored guidance, leadership insight, and career support, helping TYCON leaders grow with clarity, confidence, and a strong network behind them.

About Us
Tsinghua Youth Connect (TYCon) is a platform created by and for the second generation of Tsinghua alumni in North America. Founded as a youth convention, we transitioned into a 501(c)3 non-profit at the end of 2025.
Guided by the principle of “FROM US, FOR US,” TYCon connects youth across regions through conventions, panels, and community activities. Our mission is to foster friendships, personal growth, and cultural connection—bridging generations of Tsinghua families and empowering the next generation to thrive together.
