Join the TYCon Leadership Team!
As TYCon continues to grow, we’re expanding our leadership team to for members who will build the organization’s next stage. We’re currently recruiting for four roles across operations, technology, media, and our flagship Convention
VP of Operations
Lead TYCon’s internal systems, workflows, technology governance, and cross-team operations. Oversees the Directors of Technology and Branding and serves on the Core Team.
Director of Technology
Own TYCon’s technical systems and initiatives, including member infrastructure, automation, AI, and future digital tools, while building and leading a technical contributor team.
Director of Media
Lead TYCon’s social media, design, campaigns, photo, and video execution, while managing the Social Media and Design teams.
Director of TYConvention
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of TYCon’s annual flagship Convention, including programming, team management, cross-functional coordination, and external stakeholder relationships.
Webinar Lead
Plan and execute TYCon webinars on culture, relationships, life skills, identity, and other topics relevant to Gen II.
